been waiting to see this guy busted. with todays social media i can imagine its only a matter of time
Hope he's caught. Poaching charge won't carry much but hope you hit him with trespassing and anything else that'll stick.

That truck should be easily identifiable. Surely someone would rat on him if there's an award out to whoever turns him in.

Unfortunately a loss logging truck didn't come around that corner about the time he took off around it. It would have been very unfortunate to scratch that loggers truck on the POS poacher's truck.
Did he kill two or only one and wounded the other?

TWRA and Sheriff say it's a class C felony and felony criminal trespassing plus the other violations.

What made them upgrade the charge? From what I've read on here most trespassers end up with a slap on the wrist unfortunately, charges like this will really detour them unlike a small fine…

I was told this is because my wife was in the house at the time less than 100 yards from the shot. She was 40 yards.
