polished my barrel

Did a total of 200 passes through it....down up was one pass my shoulder is tired but the polishing brought my pattern closer to POI.....IT was shooting 12-15" low and 6" left after polishing it shoots center and 4" right.....at 50 yds 126 pellets in a 10" circle...i wouldnt want to shoot past that

Thats awesome. I plan on polishing my remington after season. I have ordered the JB Bore cleaner and Polish. I look forward to seeing the results of the patterns after polishing.

I just used scotch bright pads and hoppes bore cleaner and rem oil a rod a 20 ga brush

Hmmm never seen it done that way. I used JB's bore cleaner, bore bright and kroll oil

Same here had a mirror finish when done. 310 in a 10in at 40.

What combo was that? Im shooting 3" 4s LB out of a chinese pardner pump with a tru glo tgx 172 or something like that i know its farely inexpensive...the gun is a bit heavy but i like it so far

Try some #5's.... your numbers should go up.

I've polished quite a few barrels with the JB and Kroll. I've also used the scotchbrite pad, 20 gauge brush, and TOOTHPASTE. Did about 50 passes then reapplied and did it again. Toothpaste is a polish, it's worked just as good as anything else I've tried. Mirror finish so bright it'll hurt your eyes, and your barrel is minty fresh!

I would polish it and leave the forcing cone alone. Unless your have some real bad issues getting it to shoot. Obviously your not lol
