Pork Tenderloin

My "cheat" for pork gravy is simple and classic. Cream of mushroom soup but there is a trick to it to get that rich pork flavor. You need to brown the pork well in a pan. Got to get a bunch of charred bits in the bottom of the pan. Then deglaze the pan with a little water. Whisk in the canned soup and let the pork cook slow and low.
