Powder Measure How to question

Is there something I can do to my powder measure so it will throw more consistant unit of powder? Will a UPM Micrometer Adj screw help or is there another measurer that works better?

it makes it easier to set up but not more consistant,,,I get better groups and lower extreme spreads with thrown charges even if they are +/- 2-3 tenths...I got a mark on my scale 1.5 tenths above and below perfect and thats what I shoot,,

even 4064 that crunches and sounds awful actually shoots great for me on volume throws,,the thing is go up and down without jarring the measure,,,consistant strokes is KEY....

I do not weigh anything after setup,,maybe 1 ever 25..

I went digital. Push a button...wait 5-10 sec....pour in brass and the repeat.

I find that Ball Powders throw better than others,not that you can't use others.Also found that some charge weights of the same powder will throw better than another,example powder X @ 40grs consistant while 40.5 grs isn't.

The little Lee powder measure is near as bad to cut extruded powder as the more expensive measurers, because it is plastic. It is very consistant. You don't hear the crunching because it isn't cutting the powder.
