I decided to try a Primos camera last month, and the Truth Cam Ultra 35 Blackout had good ratings.
Bought on the 18th, installed fresh batteries and put it out.
At the end of 4 weeks, here are the results:
190 photographs total, in 2 different locations
Battery power down to 10% (supposed to last 9 months)
About half of daytime photos have a pixel line running through the photo.
Some transition photos are bright green, like night vision.
Delayed trigger time not capturing the animals.
It had pretty good nighttime flash range.

So, back to the store it went. Didn't even want to try another. I am thinking of going back to the Moultrie M80 series camera.

I have had very good luck with the Primos Truth 35.

They have only been out a couple months though.

I bought a moultrie 990i and so far I like it. I have been trying different modes. They hybrid cam mode is pretty cool, it takes a picture on time lapse mode during the day and then streams them together. During the night it goes back to motion mode.

You got a lemon... at over 6,000 pics, mine still had 60% battery left. Only con I have seen so far is blurry night pics, but day pics are great and it's a good camera. Hopefully will make one last pull from that camera tomorrow before deer season.

I like the Moultrie PlotWatcher feature, but these sounds like a huge improvement!
