Yeah CeCe & Richmond are good examples of just because you signed a big time 5* don't mean your gonna have a stud at that position for the next 3 years before he runs off to the NFL.

Did I read that right CeCe with 5 sacks for his career so far? Only 1 in 2016? I remember gators going crazy after landing CeCe after the #1 ranked DE signed with AU. Of course gator fans said CeCe was the real #1 DE & Just new he would be a superstar....

Same with the vols and Richmond after UT stoal him from ole miss fans Just new they had a stud at LT for the next 3 to 4 years. I remember reading articles were people was already declaring him a high first round draft pick in 3 years. So far his has started a total of 5 games at UT & only played in 8 has not looked good at times doing so eighter.
 
Cece was playing behind a 4 year starter his first year. Last year he had a solid year. Our dline as a whole takes away sacks from just one player. Look at his PT and stats compared to Byron Cowart (that went to auburn)

Speaking of CeCe

Duke Dawson and CeCe Jefferson were each named to the watch list for the 23rd Bednarik Award which goes to the best defensive player.
 
Your pal G&B was the first to say CeCe needs to step up also this year I just agreed with him..... On both CeCe & Richmond I can say stuff like Richmond was playing behind people & he was just a True freshman first year seeing action also... Bottom line watch list or not I agree they both need to take a step forward in there game play this year.

SHOULD increase....SHOULD being the key word lol.... Not only cause he is a full time starter, but because his a JR who has played in 25 games over his career..... He NEEDS to STEP UP & increase those #'s lol pretty much what I've been saying & what G&B said.

Same for Richmond he SHOULD be better don't mean he will be same as CeCe cause Richmond is no longer a True freshman & now has 8 starts under his belt and played in like 10 games..... Last year at this time he had 0 starts & 0 games played in......

Like John kelly he was playing behind Hurd & Kamara, But like CeCe he is now the guy his now the starter his got to STEP UP take the challenge head on & put up some #'s and play really well.

Not saying John Kelly, CeCe & Richmond were bad players in the past cause they were freshman and 2ed/3ed string just that now they are the #1 guy they gotta step up & have really good seasons.
