Turned orange last night, its clear that our problems aren't coaching now. He is improving this team weekly, when our #2 qb comes in next year, I can see this team being much better, I'm convinced Pruitt is the man

We have improved in many areas, with much of that improvement with true freshman in several positions.

If he can get us to a bowl game this year, then that will be a huge step. I do keep remembering last year's loss to Vandy after having beaten Auburn and KY, so I'm still apprehensive.

Need to keep showing improvement to bolster the recruiting class.

He dang sure brought a team last night that had intentions of beating us! No quit whatsoever in the Vols last night. And Bama played the most lackadaisical game that I've ever seen.

Right ??

ALABAMA looked as if they were playing a scrimmage game or something

Tua getting hurt was the big difference. Bama played pretty conservative with the backup QB and didn't try to open up the offense.

...and still won by more than 3 Touchdowns.

Exactly....... I must be missing something because 3 tds are a pretty huge margin to win by with a backup QB.

Yeah with us on 6 inch line and a dumb move of qb was a 14 pt swing, the Jennings td brought back which was bs, that would have been much different. We were supposed to get beat 60+ to nothing according to most

I had a couple of beers and did stay up later than I wanted(through the 3rd quarter) but never felt like Bammer was in danger of losing the game.

The line was closer to 34, and that is about where I saw most posters on TNdeer picking the game. (I did pick a 45pt win)

From getting beat and Ga St and BYU to giving Alabama their closest game of the year is an improvement in my eyes.

We are talking about Alabama's backup quarterback. I'm sure he was highly recruited and would be starting at a lot of other colleges. They have some of the most impressive receivers in the league to help him out
