Public Land (Non-quota)

I got to wondering today about public hunting areas. What public land is there to deer hunt around Knoxville that most people don't know about? I am trying to find a place to hunt around my house. I lost my hunting place. PM me please. Thank You.

SKhunter, you are asking a public forum about hunting land that most people doesnt know about...If most didnt know about it, then a public forum probably wouldnt be able to help ya. LOL

Im just teasing.

I really dont know of much unless you can locate some TVA land around the water. I know some of the TVA land around you gets hunted pretty hard, but may be able to access some less pressured land with a boat?

Other than that you may have to go to the big public tracts around.

I am also looking for a place to bring my little girl is this area. Not knowing of anywhere else I'm leaning to tva or wma in this area (Knoxville). Can someone point me in the right direction to get a tva map? I don't want to be on the wrong land. Where's the boundary?
Or give other advice where to go / what to do?
