I shoot a pse set @ 60 lbs.. I'm currently using a QAD pro fall away rest on it and I think I'm having some problems. I have moleskin on both of the prongs that enclose the arrow, but after shooting about 50 arrows through it, it is starting to pell back as if the fletchings are hitting it before it clears all the way down??? Anyone have any experience with these or any tips on how to fix the problem?

Thanks in advance-

Try using the foam weather stripping that has adhesive on one side and cut the foam down to 1/4" to 3/8" and place that on the riser shelf where the rest hits just clean it well for proper adhesion, that will eliminate the need for moleskin on the launcher.

See this from time to time, and it's usually because guys are shooting their odd vane down. Definitely shoot odd vane up on a QAD. Sometimes the felt they send with the rests are a little weak on adhesive. Try cleaning your launcher arms with rubbing alcohol before installing the felt. Might also check your timing line on the cocking lever. Both lines should line up at full draw. If they don't you made need to adjust your cord length. Hope that helps..

I just added a little super glue to the prongs before i added the moleskin and its held up good, and i shoot A LOT. If it starts to peel back I take a some fine sand paper and carefully remove all the glue and repeat the process.

If your felt is coming up then more than likely your getting fletching contact.

Yea this is actually aftermarket moleskin I bought for it... Its gotta be fletching contact from the way its peeling off... I do shoot the odd vane up as well so I'm guessing its my timing.. The lines don't line up it actually goes a little past the line instead of being exactly on it...
