i hate hunting turkeys in wind....still possible to kill one no question but my least favorite condition to hunt in

nothing worse IMO then a really windy day...even worse when leaves are on and its windy.

i hope everyone else feels the same way so i will be all alone, by 9 or so if its windy they will be in the fields just like if it was raining, they dont like the woods when they cant hear because of the wind so if they have fields nearby they will be there so they can atleast see better since they cant hear, no fields hit the deeper hollows out of the wind

yeah i agree with what knightrider said. around here there are very few open fields so they like to hang out in those low lying open hollers, just somewhere low to get out of the wind
