Question about reloading presses

I have had a Lee progressive press for several years now. I also have shoulder problems that seem to be getting worse as I age and wear them out on the mail route. Would any other brand of press be easier for someone like me to operate. I have no point of reference other than the Lee progressive. I still have a lot of brass I need to get caught up on.

Could you swap out the handle to something longer for more leverage or is the the whole motion that's giving you trouble

if you have some extra money to throw around there are some really nice dillon systems that can have a nice ipad mechanical system hooked up to them. I think its called the mark 7. its available for either the 1050 or 650
