Question about the race in California

Jr. got put out yesterday.
Don't know if he got back in or not, but my question is this....
Since they postponed the race until today, if his crew worked last night getting his car back together, can he race today?

Excuse my ignorance but just wondering.
Seems like the weather would have just been a benefit and give him time to work on it, since the weather caused it in the first place.

Race was red flagged and no onecould work on any cars.

10-4 didn't know if it was officially red flagged or black flagged.

Was the crew already working on the car when the race was red flagged? If he was I think that's why the crew was able tp work on the car last night. I didn't get a chance to see any of the race on Sunday.
