I've been on a very steady cardio/ weightlifting  regimen for 2.5 yrs now. No fast food, seed oils or processed foods. I'm starting a 3 day juice cleanse tomorrow . It's about 8 bottles of juice each day, all organic and never frozen . I can drink all the water I want and 1 cup of coffee per day but no solid food . It's supposed to help reset my appetite . Oh well, we shall see. No food till Thursday. 😡
