If you are now ONLY a gun hunter, occasionally bowhunting...
and:

if you were going to STRICTLY bowhunt from now on. If you could only hunt during the regular archery, muzzleloader, and gun season with your bow, would you hunt the same way you do now with your gun?

What would your goals be?

Would they change?

If you saw a nice 8 point at 20 yards, maybe 1.5 or 2.5, would you shoot it with a rifle if you were a rifle hunter?
How about a bow?

Does having a bow in your hands change your limits?

My goals remain the same. Have fun hunting.

Do whatever I want (legally) that day.

One day I might only shoot a 130+ buck.
Other days I might shoot the first deer to walk in.

All depends on my mood, who I am hunting with, and conditions.

Long hard drag? Gotta be a whopper.

I have always been a close range hunter, regardless of the weapon . I like hunting the thickets and bottlenecks . I'm not much for hunting fields or food plots . I bow hunt during rifle season for that reason. I might as well carry a close range weapon that I enjoy hunting with.
