Same here, I drew it with 2 points last time , must be a lot more folks applying for Yuchi nowadays! I did only put in for one specific date so that does limit my chances!

For the most part, yes. The exact verbiage on the TWRA Quota Hunt application reads "Turkeys taken on all quota hunts are bonus turkeys (unless otherwise noted)."
