R.I.P. Capt Hook...

After sitting up on 3 different birds, I finally as able to loop around this old boy by wading a creek and beating him to the gap. no call required. 40 yards and it was over. My best bird ever and I have killed a few. 1 3/8+" azz scratchers, razor sharp (got the cuts to prove it). 2 miles walk back to truck carrying this ol boy was grueling.

21.27 pounds (according to digital scale)
11" beard
