Anybody use a different vest/calls for rainy days? I wear an Ol' Tom Essentials vest because it easily fits under my rain coat.

I carry two waterproof pot calls, two waterproof strikers, mouth calls and a tube call.

I switched over to my Ol Tom
Essentials vest last night for today. Dawkins Aluminum
Reynolds's Carolina Assassin and Grandslam The Classic Closer was the 3 pots I chose. I've got a few waterproof strikers that run each pot well.
I've got a Stearn's Raincoat I've had since I was 18 that I recently re treated with camp dry.
I had intended to go this morning but I elected to ride the storms out and go after they passed by.
When I started to get ready the wind was really blowing and it was cold.
That's not a good combo for woods hunting.
My roof leaked all in my living room so I've been cleaning up a wet mess instead of hunting lol.

If I feel like setting up a blind I might do that but otherwise I'm not going out in the rain...sometimes I'll go if there's a chance of rain but not raining...if it starts raining on me, I put a Kroger bag over my camera and wait it out or go to the truck if it gets too bad. I like to hit fields as soon as the rain lets up.
