What kind of rechargeable batteries do y'all use in your trail cams, if any? I've been using rechargeables for 4-5 years now but can't seem to find one that holds a good charge. I know the camera has a lot to do with it on how quick they eat them but I still think I should be getting more out of them. I bought some of the Energizer ones this past year and they are so-so but nothing special. Also have Rayovac, Enercell, and Amazon brand.

I use Duracell and Energizer batteries and they have lasted 3 months and still charged.I have cameras that takes 8 AA batteries

I have looked at those and wondered if they were worth the money.
They are, and they are the only thing I use in my cams these days. You will not be disappointed with them, just make sure you purchase a quality charger that does not charge them too fast. Slow, or "soft" charge is always better than a quick charge.

What charger do you have?

This exact one. I also have a 4 bay charger so I can charge 12 at a time. I ordered both from Thomas Distributing back in the day, but you can see that Amazon sells it too.

This one would be fine too, plus you can charge 16 at a time, which is nice.
