I know it sounds crazy, but I was shooting my normal routine this evening and all of a sudden my consistency went all to crap...I mean it was like something had moved alot....
I checked all of my marks and everything seemed to be dead on....
While taking another shot, I noticed that my release wasnt as instant and crisp as I remembered....Then during another shot, I squeezed the trigger, the jaws opened, but nothing happened...I moved my wrist a little and then it fired....
It almost seems like it has a burr or something....It is a Scott Little Bitty Goose single caliper release about two months old.... It is weird how it just started this...
Has anybody else ever experienced this?

Take a Q-tip and lightly run it around the pad and edges of the caliper teeth to check for small nicks or burrs. I had the samething happen, plus my string loop was taking a beating and I found I had a very slight burr causing all the problems. A little brushing with the emory cloth and it's as good as new.
