well, santa brought me a reloader and I am excited to start learning! It included a speer load manual, but seems to be limited on bullet selection. Any recommendiations on mauals for a wide variety of bullet selections?

Check out Hodgdon's website for info on loads with their powders.Lyman also makes a manual with a variety of bullets and powders.I usually cross referance several sources before working up a load.Enjoy your new hobby and be safe.

I like to have a few manuals on hand. Hodgdon's site has data for Hodgdon, IMR, and Winchester powders, since they are owned by the same company. Alliant, Accurate, and Ramshot powders all have online data as well. I really like the Lyman manual as well. Personally I like powder companies manuals better than bullet companies manuals.

The more you have the happer you will be. I have 7 hard backs some soft backs I have picked up. I have learn something from each of them. If you are just getting into reloading I sugest you get a friend who reloads to help you get over the rough spots and you will have them.
