Reloading Advise: 270&300WSM

I reload for both of the calibers you listed. You just have to figure out which load works the best for your gun. The loads I use will more than likely not be good in your rifle. The best powder for my rifle (M70) is H4350 for my 300 WSM and my 270 Win likes RL22.

59.5 of H-4831 for the .270 with Fed GM210 primers, and 130 NAB -shoots well in my gun.

RL-22 at 59gr was a little better speed-wise, but not as accurate - maybe 1 moa or so.

I do not reload for the 300wsm.

IMR-4064 with 150's in the 300.
H-414 ain't bad ,with the same,either.

Haven't done enough with the 270 to give "a load" but RL-19 ain't a powder to start with in it.

Most consistent load I`ve used in a 270 is H4350. The favorite of mine in a 270 is N560.

The 300 is up for grabs, but I loaded for a good buddys A-Bolt and tried many different powders, and came away with ramshot Hunter as the powder of choice with 150 Accubonds.

I second the Ramshot Hunter for the 300wsm.I loaded some yesterday with 70gr of hunter,WLRM primers, and 150 accubonds.Shot a 4 shot group with 3 touching at 100yds.
