reloading help.....again

380 auto with Berry's 100 gr. rn.
Loaded by the recipe with 2.9 gr. Tightgroup. max load is 3.0. Book says velocity is 912 fps.
Hers the trouble..my average fps is 309......all jams. Also my 2.6 loads of tight group also jamed with an average of 283 fps.
Not sure if it matters but was putting a full crimp on all the 380 loads. Loaded 10 more rounds of the above recipe but back off to a 1/4 crimp.
Shooting the Block 42.

My 380 loads with Hornady XTP 90 gr. with Powerpistol perfect.
My 40 s/w loads with Tight group perfect.

you don't have enough M/V (pressure) to cycle the action. 300 fps is way to low.
Crimp can affect M/V (pressure) sounds like somthing else is amiss. Have you calibrated your scales?

Just checked the scale again and all is good. Perhaps I did not use the chronograph correct but to me that still does not explain the cycling issue.
