I'm reloading for precision and developed these steps and for you experienced reloaders I was wondering if you see any issues in my process and if you do something different, please share and why.

Deprime brass
Anneal ( every 3rd time)
Wet tumble
Dry brass in dehumidifier
Turn necks ( only on new brass)
Lube and resize, wipe dry
Trim, debur, chamfer, brush neck
Debur flash hole (if needed)
Weight sort brass
Prime cases
Trickle powder ( weigh twice)
Seat bullet partial
Seat bullet complete
Check run out concentricity

I like.

One time steps:
debur flash hole (assume is always needed)
Turn neck (same assumption)
weight sort (after every trim check to see if weights are still okay)

Rest as you listed.

Some thoughts....Please unnerstand my BIL is a little off center.
My BIl sorts his bullets by weight.
My BIL loads each piece of brass with the headstamp in the same position.
My BIL has one of the micrometer bullet seating dies and swears by it.
My BIL is still using the same 500 R-P brass purchased in mid 1980's. Rem 700 BDL bull barrel 222

Ask your BIL if he measures the dwell time when resizing. Now the head stamp is a new one on me. Does he orient the cartridge when placing it in the chamber too? I've also heard of measuring brass volume with a eye dropper and a primer plug. I've seen guys with a bullet press seating their bullets at the range. I'm hoping this level of detail is only for the BR guys. I'm not ready to go there yet.

My BIL went to testing interior water capacity and then backed out because he has single batch brass, which is why he practically sleeps with them, I ain't kidding.

I am not familiar with dwell timing but will ask.

Yes, the Headstamp is in a specific location when bullet is loaded and then each round is loaded in the chamber with the headstamp in the same place.

The Triple Deuce has a big family of admirers and I can attest to the accuracy.

Notes:
I have a box of bullets my BIL gave me when I left California. That was his going away present, a box of Noslers.

For a 222 my BIL has a forster co-ax press. Like a ferrari going to Kroger.

We risked out lives to retrieve the first deer he ever killed-can you believe-We were on the Tejon Ranch.

His dedication is admirable, but surely that brass has to be pretty thin by now. Lol Those presses are impressive too.
