Reloading?

I have powder that was bought in the real early 1990's that was stored in a garage until about 2007, then has been in a climate controlled room ever since. I'm using it in my 35 Remington all the time and killed a deer with it this last season.

Still If you have a climate controlled place it would be best.
 
all the above. Keep them dry.

If your powder ever smells different from gunpowder take in back yard and use as fertilizer. Be gentle.
