I've been working with some once fired Lake City brass. Once fired in my Rem700 .308win.
Even after resizing them and trimming them back to 2.005 (trim to length) they are a little little snug when I cycle them and close down the bolt. These are unloaded resized and trimmed cases.
I even trimmed some back to 2.000 some of those work smoother- I checked the calibration on my dial caliper it OK
is there any problem with loading and shooting some cases that are trimmed to below the 2.005???
I never used to have this problem with reused Remington,Winchester brass even after multiple loading.
Wonder if it's just something finicky with this mil spec brass?
