WTB Remington 760-7600

Wanted to Buy
Anybody have a Remington 760 or 7600 for sale or trade? Preferably 3006 or 270, thanks.
It's a good one for sure. My 760 has been in my family since it was new in 1964. I just sent the trigger group to a 'smith in Pa who will get it to a crisp 2.5 lbs. Right now it's at about 5 lbs and really gritty. Good luck with finding one.

Thanks man my dad has been wanting one for awhile and has recently falling in some bad health (cancer sucks). I was gonna try and find one to give him. They are fine rifles for sure

Just stuff that was her dads! My wife would beat me with my own bat if i had such a thoughttowards her dads guns
What I've learned is stuff is simply stuff. I've had to go thru my parents and my in laws stuff when they passed. That's not fun.

Hopefully, before the good Lord calls me home, I'm going to find out what of my stuff my sons might want and will endeavor to eliminate unwanted stuff.

Neither of my sons hunt anymore. So this rifle is just unwanted stuff.

I have two 760 in 30 06, but not for sale. I ordered a lighter sear spring, and put it in myself.

I understand that completely. The move two years ago before coming down here was a magical unburdening! I burnt, trashed and gave away tons of stuff.

After our house fire in '06, all of our sentimental stuff was gone. We literally walked away with the clothes on our back (wife and kids in pajamas, me in a work uniform).
With the exception of my wife and kids....it's ALL just stuff!!
