Remington shurshot stock with a Burris speed bead

I got a new speed bead sight for Christmas. I'm getting ready to mount it on one of my 870s. Just wondered if anyone here used the speed bead with the shurshot stock. I'm afraid the shurshot will be kind of high to use with the speed bead. I hate to make the modifications to the stock if it's goinf to be hard to use.

Hey man, if you will pay the shipping, I have a shurshot stock I will give you to butcher....

Now I took it off because I tripped and fell in the gun while after a gobbler.... the stock chipped around some of the area where the stock meets up with the receiver.... I shot it to finish off the bird and that's when I noticed it was a little loose for some reason.... I seen what happened and bought another.... then just threw the old one in the back of the closet.

I would try to get it in the smallest box possible.... just have to see what shipping is.... maybe $10-$15

Ive been looking at getting a shurshot stock for my 870. The reviews I have read are not that great, is this really a good choice in a stock?

I have been happy with all mine..... I am down to one right now..... They give you a few more ways to carry your gun.... I like the pistol grip feel of them too.

i have not used a shurshot but i will say this, i will never own another turkey gun sans pistol grip. that thing is a game changer IMO
