Rhino or Indian Creek?

Just got a new 870 and trying to decide on the first choke to buy for it...

Out of those two choices I'd say Indian creek. Rhino shoots no better for the extra cash.

That being said I've not found a choke that will outshoot my kicks gobblin thunder in my 12 or my 10 bore

Neither...... Kicks gobblin thunder is the way to go...for the 870 get .660 constriction shoot whatever load you want in #5 or #6 shot. I have been shooting
Kicks chokes before most people even knew about them.
I remember guys telling me I was crazy for paying $40 for a choke.. Lol

I had POI issues with both IC chokes I had so I'd say rhino between the 2. I agree with roost that most folks I know with 870s like the jellyhead or kicks.

i say kicks shoots good out of my win 1300 anyway.

Depending on which shell you'll be shooting the Jellyhead .660 and Hevi-Shot .662 chokes are a perfect match for the Remington 870 and 11-87's.

Indian creek. I have .660 and .665. Great customer service too. Did you get a 3" 870 or 3.5"? If you're in the midstate area you are welcome to shoot my tubes to see which is best for your gun.

I have shot the rhino, jellyhead,pure gold and ssx and they all pattern great with hevi 7 and mag blend.
