I know this isn't how you are SUPPOSED to cook them but....
We bought a rack of baby back ribs the other day.
Yesterday morning about 10 I opened them up and took the tough stuff, whatever it is called, off the back of them.
Salt, pepper and a touch of Strawberry's on them.
Bout a half a stick of butter and a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's and put them on low.
Let them cook about 8 hours and had them for supper.
They were absolutely amazing!!!
I just prefer fall off the bone ribs.
Wife is not a rib eater but she took down her half of the rack with no problem.
