I know this isn't how you are SUPPOSED to cook them but....

We bought a rack of baby back ribs the other day.
Yesterday morning about 10 I opened them up and took the tough stuff, whatever it is called, off the back of them.
Salt, pepper and a touch of Strawberry's on them.
Bout a half a stick of butter and a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's and put them on low.

Let them cook about 8 hours and had them for supper.
They were absolutely amazing!!!

I just prefer fall off the bone ribs.
Wife is not a rib eater but she took down her half of the rack with no problem. :D

I like my ribs cooked to where the meat is just pulling off the bone clean. Falling off the bone though is still really good and beats the hell out of "gnaw off the bone"
