Ripcord users..

what say ye? What do you think of the rest you use? I'm considering giving one a try and was wanting some feedback.

I love mine! I replaced my whisker biscuit with the ripcord 2 years ago and immediately tightened my groups. It is simple to install/adjust and it is full containment and you can lock it in the "up" position. If you choose to go with it, I am confident you will love it!

I am using a Trophy Taker now. I don't really have any complaints about it. I am just wanting something with full containment.

What about changing the cord on them with it being internal? Like if I wanted to swap bows and needed a longer cord. I would probably want to use an orange cord if possible to match my string.

Changing the cord is fairly easy, you may have to do this if you have it long enough. I don't know if the cord is available in custom colors, but their customer service is top notch--call them and ask them and if they don't have it, then they might tell you where to go it.

I would think so, but to be safe I would check with their tech dept. to make sure.

I got the rest today. Seemed like the seller was a little slow on the shipping. I think I will like it. It will be a bit before I set it up. Still waiting on a new string and cable to arrive and would also like to find a cam before I set everything up.

I love mine, Ive had a QAD ultra rest, 2 trophy takers, and a biscuit. Like the Ripcord the best.
I paid around $65 for mine. Black RH
