Used some of our San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil and oregano from the garden, few garlic cloves, and some sea salt. Delicious! Got it sitting in the fridge and will be making homemade pizza with some smoked wings tomorrow evening. This was a small test run but will be making a bigger batch with the rest. Next time will roast them on the grill instead of the oven.
Sliced tomatoes into halves, removed seeds, hit with some olive oil, S&P. Roasted at 350 degrees for 40 minutes then broiled for 6 minutes. Let them cool for a bit before mixing with the herbs in the blender.
