Good day out of Hopedale, LA. Fished for 4 hours. Caught 4 just like this one [35 in red). We also left with 75 trout as well. Highly recommend Hopedale in Oct, Nov, and early Dec

about 12 ft deep in 14-15ft of water. Took me 2.5 hours to clean all the fish, but at least I filled the freezers. Redfish courtbouillon this weekend at deer camp

Sounds awesome. I like to sprinkle butter and Pruhomme's magic , then roll in crushed pecan and throw on a hot skillet!
