I'm looking to get a new safety harness. I've been looking at the Hunter Safety System Ultra-lite. I've read reviews on it and it seems like a good one to get. I'm also not sure what size I would need. I'm 6'3, about 170 lbs.
I have the HSS Pro vest. I am a little broader (read fatter) than you (210), and mine in L/XL fits well. Make sure you get it big enough to go over your cold weather cloths as well. They are designed not to interfere with a bow string, so IMO being a little loose isn't an early season problem.
I have wore the HSS ultra lite I like it Dicks sporting goods have them for 89 dollars to btw. The Large X large should be big enough for you. I have wore the pro vest and I like the ultra lite better.
I wear mine under my jacket and outer wear and bring the tether up through my jacket at the coller . That way I don't have to adjust the harness every time I add a layer of clothing . It's so comfortable I can't even tell I have it on .
