I jumped this deer last season with my bow left on the ground in the woods. He came straight back to me so I got pics and video. This is the best I got of him -

This one showed up on camera and he is real similar. I don't know if it's the same one... slight differences but a lot of similarity. would obviously be a year older now.

what yall say? same buck or just kin?

What Wes said. Sometimes, I buck has a very "generic" rack, and just about any "average" buck the next year could be the same buck. But that buck has a very unique antler shape. Two bucks with the very same unusual rack, the buck the second year showing signs of increased antler growth? What are the odds? In my opinion, the odds those are two different bucks are very low.

Cool, I was thinking he was 4 this year and 3 last year. If it is the same buck he's #1 on my list ever since I ran in within last year.

Everything looks like it matches up except his left brow so I would conclude same buck and for him to be out in daylight when he was you have a great chance at killing him if you hunt it smart. Take advantage of having that exceptional spot for a mature buck and kill your meat on public land...

that's the plan

that is a great deer love the crab claw 4's on him. I think he is the same deer. as bsk said he would be number one sense you have some history with him.

Possible it is the same deer. Looks like he likes to move around during daylight hours as well. Good luck with him.
