Same Deer?

What say the experts? Is this the same deer? His body looks so much larger in the summer time, and the hard horn picture is much smaller rack wise than what I expected, but I think it is same deer. We have tons of history with the one in velvet for sure, and we know his age. So tell me, is the hard born picture the same deer? Anyone care to guess age??

I'd say definitely same deer. The hard horn racks are always much smaller than they looked in velvet.
