Score and ages please

These are a few deer from a small piece or property outside of Cincinnati that I have permission to hunt. I can't age and score, so just looking for some help. Also, if you want to give me your opinion to shoot or not that would be cool too.

First one is tough. Im thinking 3.5 at the most. He has lots of mass in the antlers, but velvet is still on too. There is a definate distinction between the shoulder and the neck. Strait back, no sagging stomach. That may be a DANDY 2.5 yr old, but probably a 3. When his neck swells and acorns drop he will put on weight and straiten that neck out. Still has a narrow head though.

Second one is an older deer. Im going to say going into his 4th year. The positions from the pics could be decieving. Appears that his belly is sagging and he has a bow in his back. Harder to tell where his neck begins and chest ends, and he has a blockier head. The only thing that concerns me, is that 1) You have no pics of this deer in the daylight, which indicates more age 2) He has very short tine length, which is indicative of a deer that is headed the other way. This deer may only be a 3.5 yr old, but he may be old enough to go backwards too.

I'd definately bust the second one. The first one, I'd have to look at more closely. His rack is awesome, but it may be REALLY awesome next year. I try to hunt the biggest deer on the property. If these deer qualify, have at 'em!
 
I'm not positive on the 10, but I swear I saw him about 2years ago while hunting and he was huge then and is loosing tine length. I was wondering if he could be real old and going downhill. The monster I saw was through some bushes so it's kinda hard to tell for sure.
 
2.5 105 on the 8 point and the 10 between 115 and 120. He looks poor in the second pic to me. dont know on his age but Im sure he is mature.
