Score please

It's interesting the scores range from 110 to 140 on this deer with two good angles and all the time in the world to judge. On one end, the deer would be very illegal on Ames and would not only cost you money but some valuable hunting time during the rut and you would get a good talking to by management. On the other end, you would be congratulated with enthusiasm by all. Every moment of hesitation is a moment of lost opportunity. Wow this is tough.

I have study these pics. And he should hit the 130's

Just based on those pics, I think chances are high he will not break 130. My best guess is somewhere between 125 and 130.

But should he live another year, think there's high probability he'll be a 140 - 150-class buck --- just needs another year to realize most of his potential.

I guess I'm still a little shy from being so far off on the 8-pointer last year and am giving him too much credit for the extra two tines and extra brow fines. He doesn't carry his mass all the way out, so that's indicative of a lower score than I anticipate.

If I see him, he'll be ground checked and we'll know for sure.

How does he compare to this 8-point?
