This was my last run to prep for the juvenile hunt. I picked out spots for both blinds. At one blind location, I had ten hens and three gobblers hanging out in the field. Two of the gobblers gobbled once each at crows before I made myself visible so that I could settle on a spot to setup the blind.
Two things I saw today for the first time. First, dusting sites and lots of them. Also, I found a single hen in a field all alone. Maybe she was searching for a nest site? I don't know, but she was the first hen I have spotted alone.
