I have had several season wreckers over my years.

Usually I will give them a few opportunities, but then move on.

However, it seems that, if I kill another bird, I will always go back to the SW. Often times it will get personal after a few encounters, and he consumes my thoughts almost every waking hour trying to determine a different tactic to try on him.

Sure makes for a satisfying season if/when I finally do close the deal.

I have a place where this bird or group of birds has out smarted me for three years now, but none the less it has been a fun chase and I'll be back after them this year.

Yep! two birds on our place have been giving me and the brother fits for two years now! It used to be three but we got lucky one morning and smacked one of them late in the 09 season! It felt good to finally outsmart them birds after chasing them all season.

Season Wreckers are my favorite to kill. I am blessed to have several places to hunt, so I usually move on to other birds when I get schooled. But I always come back. I usually kill one SW every year however.
