I know that there has been talk about ramifications of TX or UGA winning, but no talk about the game itself so far. Before the matchup was set I heard several folks say that they thought that UGA matched up with TX better, and that UGA had a better chance of beating them, but I don't know why.

It is very difficult to beat a team twice in the same season. Add on UGA's injury situation on the DL, OL and RB, along with the WRs having the most drops in the NCAA this season, and I don't know how anyone can expect UGA to have the upper hand on this one.

My pick: TX 28 - UGA 24

Texas by 10+. UGA did beat them in the first meeting, but that was because of short fields off turnovers and great defense.
I'd say 31-17.

I think UGA beats Texas. Texas fans travel well but not well enough to outpace Georgia fans in their own state.

UGA isn't the team everyone expected at the beginning of the year but neither is Texas. Both teams have big name QBs that have struggled at times this year. The game will come down to which QB struggles less.

Just read that TX was a 3pt favorite, and that sounds fair. Anything can happen within the game, but UGA can't afford to come out flat or slow on D or O in this one

Beck will be the key. If TX can pressure him, I think they can rattle him.

I don't like either team but I wish Texas would win,Ive still not given up on Tennessee getting first game in Knoxville. If Georiga get's beaten in a rout they might drop below Tennessee but slim hope!

Texas shredding them through the air so far. 150 yds in first quarter. The INT was freak accident turnover. Drop in end zone sucked but Georgia got away with holding/interference on that pass also
