Put out 5 cameras yesterday and a few hundred pounds of corn. Curious to see whats left running around out on the lease.

Kinda new to trail cams and pouring out feed and Im looking for suggestions on what would be the best nutritional value feed for the deer with out breaking my piggy bank.

Thanks

Cool. I've got a couple out right now in some secluded spots that I don't hunt, just to see how the travel patterns are in those areas... meaning that I want to see if they were skirting my stand loc's and moving thru these areas this past season. ;)

At this time of year, corn is probably best for attracting deer to the camera while also providing some nutritional value. Corn is a decent winter "energy" food.

Thanks for the info, hopefully Ill post some pics this weekend.

Let me know how you do MUP.

You too bud. I'm going out this eve and checking two of'em. These are just on travel corridors and trails tho. Not expecting a lot of pics really. ;)

Ours are still hanging onto thiers. Had 17 cameras out since season closed, and no bloody holes yet. Looking back at last years data, it was Feb 19 before we got the first shed pic. Plots are finally getting utilized at our place...

Headed out early in the morning ,I have 18 set ..I hope I get something ..if not I think I will pull them for a month or so and do maintenance and odds and ends ,Get them ready for another rough year.
I would love to find some sheds while I am out. May get up early enough to hear them gobblers ,they have started, and the bad weather moving in ,lots of movement and feeding.
