Settle the debate

My buddy and I are having a small dispute in what deer this is. I had pictures of two bucks last year and we are pretty sure this is one of the two I have pictures of. The problem is we can't agree on what deer it is. I have went back and forth on my opinion so I am just looking for some opinions. How old is this deer? Is there any way he is 5.5? Thanks.

Back and Stomach are pretty flat , my guess is 3.5 wth good genetics and very best 4.5.

Looks like the only way to settle it is if we get pics of the other buck lol. One of them would be 4.5 this year and one would be 5.5 sand they both were alive in February. Hopefully I will more pics so I can prove my buddy wrong.

He's 5.5 yr old. Short Legged, thick in back and stomach and no real definition in his shoulder/neck area.
