So im shooting Muzzy 3blade 100gr broadheads,I have 3 for practice and I bought a new pack of them last year at walmart when they went on clereance. So I opened them up today and put them together, and they just don't seem sharp, they won't shave you,I thought a new broadhead was supposed to be able to shave you??? They are brand new, never been out of the pack until today..Are they supposed to be this way? I put them together and shot them 1 time,as i do everything that Im going to be hunting with.I mean they will cut you,but not razor sharp.Should i get some replacement blades or do you think they will be sharp enough?

I think im just over thinking everything as the day gets closer! LOL

RARELY is a blade ever sharp enough coming out of the box...thats why they make sharpeners. I shot muzzies for years...as long as you sharpen them....they'll do the job.

Must have just been the box. Ive always heard tht it is very difficult to achieve factory sharpness with a sharpener. Every blade i have gotten with my muzzys are dangerously sharp out of the package.
