Shoot sitting or standing?

Pros and cons of shooting sitting or standing in a treestand? I can draw my bow either way. Just wondering what most of you do in a treestand and why? If you are sitting when a deer comes in, do you stand to draw and shoot? If you are standing when a deer comes in, do you draw and shoot standing?
 
I stand as soon as I see a deer. I clear lanes for standing and leave folliage up until about knee hight for areas I expect to see deer. I'm 6'2 and long legs so standing changes my perspective a fair amount.
 
Well there is big pro to sitting and it less movement you go to stand up there is that chance youre going to get bust and the only way to prevent that is being high in the tree like above 25 feet me i am way new to achery with a compound bow i have shot deer with crossbows and the ol smoke pole i pratice from setting and standing cuase i dont wont to take at chance at missing a monster just make sure youre draw wt is way easy for you to get back cuase i tryed it pig hunting and if i would have got buck fever then there was no way i could have been at full draw
 
I plan on standing the whole hunt. Just kinda leaning against the tree to hold my weight up to prevent my legs from getting tired.
 
I practice sitting and shooting religiously. I hung a stand where i practice just for that.I'm only going to stand if the shot is behind me.just maker sure your clothes are clear of your bow.i know a guy who had his jacket get between his cam and string.ruined his hunt.
 
I stand to shoot 90 percent of the time , but I practice both standing and sitting shots from an elevated position . I have only been busted a couple times standing up prior to a shot since I started bowhunting in 1980 .
 
The vast majority of the deer I have killed with a bow, I shot while seated. I practiced shooting that way as much as I shot standing. It allows for a steadier shot and eliminates a lot of movement.
