Well another TN turkey season is in the books, I killed my 4th one this afternoon after waiting all morning for the rain to quit. IF I could post them directly from my phone I would, but Im not that smartphone savvy!
Edited to add: NO decoys and NO fanning involved!

Not a whole lot to tell really. Its a personal thing that I wont shoot a bird here in TN that doesn't play the game. I was in the wrong spot last Saturday and couldn't get to the birds that were gobbling. Sunday morning I was in the right spot and textbook perfect he pitched out and came to me gobbling, strutting and drumming. That's number one. Number 2 was a 2yr old that responded and tried the J hook trick but I knew what he was going to do, so that was a bad day for him. Number 3 was a gobbling fool with 2 buddies that I had to move on multiple times before they finally decided I was worth the effort. Number 4 was super fast and the best bird Ive killed this year. He was just in the wrong place and I got right in his lap and he couldn't resist strutting, gobbling and drumming around the hill to check me out. HEAVY 9 in beard, 22lbs 8 oz and 1 3/8 in spurs.

LOL my season isn't over until the 1st wknd in May. Ive got a long list of trigger pullers wanting to go. My normal stipulation with that is that we hunt their birds, not mine.
