Shot my Barnett Raptor

Ordered one online on black friday. Been hunting to much to even worry about getting around to shooting it. Finally got it out today and sighted it in. It has the 5 reticle scope and I sighted the 1st reticle in at 40. The pic is a 75 yard shot and only the 4th reticle. My longest shot ever on a deer is 44 yards but figure I'll practice out to 70 and 80 to get comfortable just in case I ever need to make the shot.


I am really going to enjoy this xbow I can tell already. I love the lightweight and how compact it is.

Nice. Barnett used to have a bad rap for cheap production but from my understanding they overhauled a few years ago. Seem to be getting good reviews lately. I got my first x bow kill this year used Rage 2.3 broadheads got full pass through. Was a lot of fun to hunt with.
