I'm planning on a new shotgun for the spring. I'm leaning toward the 935. Any suggestions. Would condider other guns. I want a 3.5 inch gun. would like to be able to switch barrels out for waterfowl hunting also. a combo deal would be great.

My dad has one and he really likes it for turkey hunting, but that is all he does with it. My friend needed a 3.5 inch for duck hunting so let him borrow, don't know what happened but the safety got stuck and wouldn't move. Don't know if it was the harsh conditions or what. Great for just turkeys though.

I was looking at a 935 for ducks mainly but the guy i was talking to about it said they 935s did not like 2 3/4 light loads. i squirrel hunt some and didnt want it jamming on me with light loads so i went with a stoeger m3500. havent had a problem out of it at all

I have a 935 and I love it! I have used it for dove and turkey mainly. Would like to use it for waterfowl but I just haven't had the opportunity to go.

Mossberg explicitly states to shoot 3 and 3.5s only. I have used 2 3/4 high brass with no problem at all.

I don't normally dove hunt more than once or twice a year so I can drag out another gun for those hunts. I was about over duck hunting but my son has shown some interest so I'll take him. I really started getting into turkey hunting this last spring. I have been putting money back for the 935 combo but I would be interested in something else if the right deal came along.

got the 935 combo and am not 100% completely tickled with it already. The paint job is shoddy the fit and finish is not perfect and the inside of the 24 inch turkey barrel is not perfect. So with that being said I think I'll shoot the crap out of it and throw it in boat floor all duck season then put a little scope on it an carry it all over the county chasing turkeys and probably throw it in the toolbox of the truck a couple times. You know see if I can wear it out.
