You never know with the pre-rut! I figured it was way too hot this afternoon for daylight movement and this guy decides to show up for the first time during shooting hours. He's been hounding a few does all week at night on this same field. Hope he sticks around for the weekend.

I was blessed with a great buck in early October so hoping to get my daughter on a mature buck. Things are definitely heating up.
