My Grandmother(Nana) used to make it all the time. This is my first attempt. I just read a bunch of recipes online and made up my own.

uhhhhh, could be just me, but you are using the wrong size shrimp(this is a question)?

You have a favorite rice?

You use a cooker or just a regular sauce pan? (we have both. I do not like the cookers)

You cook more rice than you need and then save it? (I toss leftovers this makes me enemy of state)
 
Shrimp Creole is almost as much about the tomatoes as it is the shrimp.

Looks good, either way.

Emeril is pretty entertaining.
Probably one of the better celebrity chefs.
I do miss Justin Wilson
 
I love shrimp Creole. And interestingly enough, it's named for the Creole tomato, not for the style of food it's called. New Orleans has a Creole tomato festival every June, and it's hard to describe how good that variety is.
